For U.S. orders, we primarily ship via UPS and, on occasion, USPS.  For orders outside the U.S., we may use UPS.

Most U.S. orders take 3-7 business days to reach their destination, depending on the service chosen at checkout. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, it may take a little longer, so please allow 10-15 business days.

International orders typically take 10-15 business days, but in certain circumstances, packages can be held up in customs, sometimes taking 3-6 weeks to arrive. Unfortunately, we don't have control of shipping after it leaves our warehouse.

If you gave us the wrong shipping address, please email us right away (support@thebroglo.com) so we can update it in our system before your order is shipped. Orders are typically shipped within one business day so please don't wait to notify us.

*NOTE: If we ship to the wrong address because you entered it incorrectly, your package will be sent back to us (Return to Sender) and you will be charged for the shipping cost in order to ship your package back to you again.

Yep! We designed our water-based face tanner for the most sensitive part of your skin - your face. It's the perfect solution for sensitive skin or someone looking for a more natural tan solution. Along with being water-based, it is infused with nourishing natural oils and skin-benefitting natural ingredients. Of course, we recommend applying a small test spot, especially if you have overly sensitive skin.

No, our formula is clear, water-based, and doesn't contain any dyes. The color will not transfer to your pillows, bedding, clothing, etc. We recommend exfoliating before applying, that way you get rid of the dead skin that can potentially shed after applying.

As in all sunless tanners, our active ingredient is DHA. When applied, DHA reacts with the amino acids on your skin's surface to create a darkening effect. DHA is the only FDA-approved ingredient to be used in sunless tanning.

Yep! Even though we formulated our self-tanner based on preferences of guys, it will also work on girls. In fact, we have lots of happy female customers.

No, it does not provide SPF protection from the sun.
