Need to cancel? Contact us right away. If your shipping label has already been purchased, we won't be able to cancel the order.
Email us the correct address at support@thebroglo.com as soon as possible. If the label has already been purchased, we can't make changes. We aren't liable for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Refunds cannot be issued for "Return to Sender" packages if we do not receive them back at our warehouse. If the package does arrive back in good condition, a refund will be issued minus original shipping fees and a 10% handling fee. If you'd like the package reshipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
It's your responsibility to make sure your shipping address is accurate and secure. We can't be held liable for incorrect address info or packages stolen from an unsafe delivery location.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via UPS. Costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times & Customs
International packages typically arrive within 7-15 business days, though customs processing can sometimes extend delivery to 3-6 weeks. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
All customs fees, taxes, import duties, and VAT are the responsibility of the recipient and are not charged by or refunded by Bro Glo. Contact your local customs office for details on potential charges.
Please note: We are unable to provide refunds for international orders. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded if a package is refused due to VAT or duties.
