Repack your order and ship it to our Illinois warehouse using any carrier you prefer.

Refund is processed once your package arrives back. Expect 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Return Eligibility Checklist

US orders only - international orders are not eligible for returns
Original shipping fees are non-refundable on all returns
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method after we receive and process your return.

Refunds cannot be issued for "Return to Sender" or "Refused" packages if we do not receive them back at our warehouse. If the package does arrive back in good condition, a refund will be issued minus original shipping fees and a 10% handling fee. If you'd like the package reshipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at support@thebroglo.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund - including shipping.
Want a different shade or product? We recommend returning your current order for a refund and placing a new order to get what you need faster. Reach out to support@thebroglo.com and we'll walk you through it.
Need to cancel? Contact us right away at support@thebroglo.com. If your shipping label has already been purchased, we won't be able to cancel the order and you'll need to follow the return process instead.
International Returns
Important information for orders shipped outside the US.
No Returns on International Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the US at this time.
Orders marked as "Return to Sender" or "Refused" - including cases where customers refuse customs payments or fail to pick up packages held by the courier - are not guaranteed to arrive back at our warehouse. If they do arrive back, a refund will be issued minus original shipping fees and a 10% handling fee.
