U.S. Orders

If you don't like your tan for any reason, send it back using our dope return process and we'll get you straight, just as fast as you can crack open an adult beverage.

Here at Bro Glo, we like to keep things simple and make sure to take care of our customers. So we made a super simple return policy: you can return any order for any reason, no questions asked within 30 days of receipt of your items. Boom-shaka-laka!

Original shipping fees for all returns are non-refundable on all returns.

We are unable to provide a full refund for orders that are marked as "Return to Sender". These orders are not guaranteed to reach our warehouse (in most cases they do not) and therefore only eligible for a 50% refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We will provide replacement assistance as an alternative solution for these types of orders.

Please follow the directions below to start a return:

Step 1

Check if your order meets the following condition for returning and getting a refund:

    • The package was delievered to you less than 30 days ago

Step 2

Email us about your return at support@thebroglo.com; please include:

  1. Your name

  2. Order number

  3. Reason for return

Step 3

Repack your order and ship back to us.

    • You can be eligible for a 50% refund on orders marked as "refused" or "return to sender"

Step 4

We process your refund when we receive your package back at our warehouse. We do not refund original shipping fees.

Your refund may take up to 5-10 business days to return to your original payment method.

International Orders

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for all orders outside the U.S. If you have any questions, please email us at support@thebroglo.com.

We are unable to provide a refund for orders that are marked as "Return to Sender" or "Refused", including cases when customers refuse to fulfill the required customs payments or to pick up their orders held by the courier. These orders are not guaranteed to reach our warehouse (in almost 100% of the time they do not) and therefore eligible for a 50% refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
