Men’s Best Kept Hacks to Look their Best

Men’s Best Kept Hacks to Look their Best - Bro Glo

Eat right. Exercise. Groom. That all sound simple enough. However, some guys have jobs and families, and that means the option of spending an hour at the gym then making a healthy meal at home is just completely off the table.

Or is it? Staying in shape and looking your best does not have to be a part-time job. There is no need to live at the gym and buy pricey organic vegetables fertilized with unicorn tears. If you’d like to know more about how to save your time and money, then read on to learn about the three best kept hacks to look your best.

  1. Simplify your workout: Spending an hour in the gym to jump on top of a box or throw heavy weights around is perfectly acceptable for those of you who are training for the NFL Combine. The rest of the world can totally chill with that stuff. In fact, you don’t even need a gym membership. Focus on exercises that you can do at home. Squats, push-ups, and pull-us are all you need to engage your major muscle groups and see results. Install a pull-up bar, squat while holding something heavy, and knock out a few push-ups right there next to your sofa. Leave the gym back in 2020.
  2. Simplify your meals: Keto? Low fat? Vegan? It seems like no one can agree on what we should be eating. And those who want to tell us what we should be eating certainly never shut up about it. Just like with working out, keep meals simple. They do not need to be anything more than a protein and a vegetable. Grill a steak and steam some broccoli. Stir-fry some shrimp with zucchini. And yes, grass-fed and organic may be preferred, but if it is not in your budget, then skip them. Eating non-organic asparagus is not the hit to your health that a diet filled with fast food and chips is.
  3. Quit sunbathing: If you are using your limited time on weekends to spend an hour outdoors to achieve a tan, stop right there. Not only have we already taken care of this for you with our awesome sunless tanner, but think of all the time you will save by, well, not laying around trying to get a tan. What do you plan to do with all that extra time? Cure disease? Fight crime? The possibilities are endless.

We have no end to the unsolicited advice we could provide that will help you to look and feel your best, but the above three hacks are a great start. Little things like “quit smoking” or “don’t drink on the job” are sound, but we don’t think that these fall under the category of “hacks”; they really are just common sense. We want nothing more than for you to crush all you do, so we encourage you no to waste your time and energy on things that are not going to help you do that.
